Shipping and Delivery Policy

At Al-Baha Local Honey Store, we are committed to delivering our products with the highest standards of quality and safety to all regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, while taking care to package the honey carefully to ensure that it arrives with the same quality that it came out of the Al-Baha apiaries.
First: Preparing the orders
- Orders are processed within (1–2) business days from the date of payment confirmation.
- Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be processed on the next working day.
- Orders are not processed or shipped during Fridays or public holidays.
- Preparation time may vary during seasons, promotions, and periods of operational pressure.
- In case of stock shortage or any shipping impediment, the customer will be contacted via the registered communication channels.
Second: Shipping and delivery within the Kingdom
- We provide shipping to all regions and cities of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- The expected delivery time is (2–7) working days depending on the city and region.
- Delivery time may be affected by factors beyond our control such as pressure from shipping companies, weather conditions, or seasons.
Third: Shipping and tracking companies
- We deal with approved shipping companies such as: SMSA.
- The customer is provided with a tracking number as soon as the order is shipped via text message, WhatsApp or email.
Fourth: Data and address responsibility
- The customer is responsible for entering correct and complete data (name – mobile number – address – postal code – short national address ).
- To avoid delays or return of the shipment, please ensure that the abbreviated national address is written accurately.
- In the event of delivery failure due to an error or lack of entered data, the customer shall bear any additional fees imposed by the shipping company.
- The shipping address cannot be changed after the bill of lading has been issued, and any change fees are borne by the customer.
Fifth: In case the request is not received
- If the shipment is not received within the period specified by the shipping company, it will be automatically returned to the store.
- The store has the right to refund the customer after deducting shipping fees, return fees, and any packaging costs incurred by the store.
- If the customer wishes to resend the order, they will be responsible for a full new shipping fee upfront.
- No compensation can be claimed if the product is damaged as a result of remaining with the shipping company due to non-receipt.
Sixth: Inspecting the shipment upon receipt
- The parcel must be checked immediately upon receipt.
- In case of breakage or damage, we must be notified within 24 hours of receipt, along with clear photos.
- After 24 hours have passed without notice, the order is considered received in good condition.
Completing the order in the store constitutes explicit acceptance of the approved shipping and return policy.
