Return and exchange policy

We adhere to the provisions of the e-commerce law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and we strive for customer satisfaction according to the following conditions:

First: The right to withdraw within 7 days

The customer has the right to request a return of the product within a period not exceeding (7) days from the date of receipt, provided that:

• The product must be in its original condition.
• It should be closed and not open.
• It must be unused.
• It must be in its original, complete packaging.

⚠ Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned due to their food-related nature.

Second: Replacement or refund in case of an error

If the existence of:

• Manufacturing defect
• Breakage or damage during shipping
• Error in the product sent

The customer is entitled to choose one of the following options:

• Replacing the product with a replacement product at no additional charge.
• Or a full refund to the same payment method.

Third: Return fees

• If the reason for the return is a change of mind or cancellation without any fault, the customer shall bear the shipping and return fees.
• If the cause is a mistake by the store or proven damage, the store will bear the full cost.

Fourth: Cases that are not covered by the return policy

• Open the product.
• Product usage.
• Poor storage after receipt.
• The 7-day deadline has expired.
• The shipment was not received and was returned due to the customer's negligence.

Fifth: Financial recovery mechanism

• Refunds are processed via the same payment method used.
• The refund process may take from 3 to 14 business days depending on the bank's policy.

Sixth: Policy approval

Completing an order at Al Baha Al Baladi Honey Store constitutes explicit acceptance of the approved shipping, return and exchange policy.
